New Trustee appointment at SarcoidosisUK
I am proud to announce that I have been appointed as a Trustee at charity SarcoidosisUK.
Since my father passed away from heart failure as a result of sarcoidosis in 2004, I have been using my filming experience and industry contacts to raise awareness and share the stories of the often overlooked community of sarcoidosis sufferers.
So to be a board member of the only UK charity exclusively providing information and support to anyone affected by sarcoidosis is a huge honour.
My goal as Trustee is to raise awareness of sarcoidosis and generate fundraising opportunities that help to fund research into a cure for sarcoidosis.
