Last week I sat (well, stood actually) with bubbly TV personality Sophia Nicholson from IrieTimesTV, a free web-based channel dedicated to showcasing the best of Caribbean TV shows and film. We discussed my filmmaking journey, what I learned from created the award-winning documentary The iD Project, and how my interest in introversion has shaped future project ideas.

Thanks again to Sophia and Judith, creator of IrieTimesTV, for inviting me to share my story with the world. I hope it inspires others to learn more about their own heritage and what makes them tick.

This interview with Richard Etienne was a refreshing take on how our unique personalities and backgrounds shape the stories we tell. I really liked how he highlighted the power of embracing introversion, especially in creative work. It’s true—diversity brings new energy and perspectives to any team. When people feel seen and heard, the outcome is always richer. That’s why having the right tools to keep everyone aligned is so important. I’ve found that a good web based project management tool makes collaboration smoother and more inclusive. Great insights all around!
